Core Strength Vinyasa

Core Strength Vinyasa is a powerful 60 minute yoga class. Each class will lead you through a series of postures that will ignite your core’s furnace. You will build core strength and overall flexibility quickly allowing you to express poses in a dynamic, structurally integritous way. With every movement you will learn to draw in before expressing out. This translates on and off the mat to build mental focus and emotional stamina. All classes are lead with this style of yoga.

Weekend Detox a la Punk Rock

Ate and/or drank too much over the weekend? Wring out the weekend with this detoxifying 60 minute Core Strength Vinyasa class. Twist, work your core, and invert for your health and well-being. This powerful class will lead you through a series of postures that will ignite your core and help you de-bloat the weekend madness. You will build core strength and overall flexibility. Bring on the detoxification!

Sweltering Oasis

This 60 minute class will rock your world. It will focus on developing strength, stamina and a sense of adventure. Come ready to sweat! We will do deep abdominal work to fire up your core awareness. In time this will cultivate a sense of play that will start moving you towards fun poses like handstands and crow. Let’s take the fear out of being upside down by hugging in to ourselves.

Strong beginner’s welcome! You don’t have to have an arm balancing practice at all to join us. We will however move you in that direction.
